Refund and Returns Policy

We take pride in offering creative services that are deeply customized, strategically aligned, and professionally executed to support the identity and communication goals of your brand. Every deliverable we produce — from brand naming and taglines to tone of voice guides, packaging copy, video scripts, and creative advertising concepts — is created with close attention to detail, industry context, and the brief you provide. Our goal is to ensure that the final result not only meets your expectations but also enhances your brand’s ability to connect with its audience and grow meaningfully.

However, we understand that creativity is a highly nuanced and subjective field, and there may be occasions when a delivered service does not meet the expectations you had in mind. In such cases, we approach the matter with transparency, openness, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction. Refunds and partial refunds may be considered when there is a clear misalignment between the service description and the actual work delivered, especially when this misalignment is evident despite a clear and complete client brief.

Refunds may be issued if the work deviates substantially from what was promised in the service outline. This includes cases where naming options are not only off-brand but also lack originality or relevance to the target market, or if slogans are repetitive, grammatically incorrect, or disconnected from the core values or tone communicated in the brief. In branding projects involving tone of voice, refunds may apply if the personality traits, vocabulary, and communication strategy described in the final document are inconsistent with the client’s positioning, audience, or style preferences — especially when these preferences were clearly defined from the outset. For scriptwriting services, including those for video ads or short-form content such as Reels and TikTok, a refund may be considered if the content is structurally incoherent, fails to follow the agreed concept, or includes factual errors, cliché messaging, or a lack of creative direction. Similarly, in packaging or landing page copy, refund eligibility may apply if the text lacks clarity, emotional appeal, or if it appears to be copied or generated without proper customization.

It is important to note that refunds are not automatically granted for all expressions of dissatisfaction. Due to the creative nature of our work, we do not offer refunds in cases where the client’s feedback is based solely on personal taste, mood, or a shift in business direction after the delivery has been made — especially if the initial instructions were followed correctly and the promised deliverables were provided in full. For example, if a client later decides to pursue a different tone of voice, industry niche, or visual identity than originally indicated, this would not qualify for a refund. However, we always strive to resolve such situations through collaborative dialogue, offering a revision round or suggestions for alternative options where applicable and within the scope of the original service.

In some instances, we may proactively recommend a refund when we recognize that the result genuinely does not meet our internal quality standards or if we believe the expectations cannot be met within the original scope. We believe that mutual respect, transparent communication, and reasonable timeframes are essential for resolving any issues related to quality and outcome.

Refund requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe following the delivery of the service, ideally before the start of any additional or follow-up work. Each request is reviewed individually and thoughtfully, with consideration given to the original brief, communication during the project, and the objective quality of the outcome. We are committed to fairness, creative integrity, and long-term client trust. Whether we revise, replace, or refund — our ultimate goal is to make sure you feel confident in the creative work you’ve received and the experience you’ve had with us.

Let us support your brand’s vision with both creativity and responsibility — and if ever something doesn’t work, we’ll do our best to make it right.
